Cooking Instructions: Cook 01 one cup toor dal, tomato and ½ tbsp of oil, mash and add 04-05 tbsp of BMP Rasam Powder, tamarind juice, jaggery, and add salt to taste. Season the rasam with ghee, mustard seeds and curry leaves and garnish with coriander leaves and pinch of asafoetida.
