Cooking Instructions: Pressure cook dal (100gms) with tomato and vegetables (carrot, beans, potato / brinjal / drumsticks, spinach / fenugreek leaves). Traditionally mash and add salt and red chilli powder and BMP Sambhar Masala Powder, chopped coriander leaves, and keep aside. Heat 1tbsp of ghee / oil, add ½ tbsp mustard, ½ tbsp cumin, 08-10 cloves of garlic, 01 dry red chilli and curry leaves, when turn to crispy add hot sambhar.
