Cooking Instructions: Slit medium sized brinjal and soak in water for 05 minutes. Add small quantity of water to BMP Badanekai Ennegayi Masala Powder and make thick paste and stuff in brinjal. In a pan add 04-05 tbsp oil and add stuffed brinjal and water (required quantity) and cook covered for 15-20 min
