Shipping and Return policy

Thanks for considering BMP Foods for your shopping, please allow us a minimum of 4-5 business days for the fulfilment with tracking details.

Shipping Policy: You may not return the food items, we will refund if the product is damaged because of our mistake (you received a wrong or damaged item, etc.)

Depends upon the destinations the shipping may take 5 – 15 days after the fulfilment to receive the actual physical delivery.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks upon successful acceptance of the return items at our locations, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 2 weeks), the time it takes us to process your refund once we receive it (within 1 week), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 weeks).
